I received the meditations Friday, and I have started on my Breakthrough Program. The positive impression that I had initially was confirmed by this experience, and after doing some more reading in the workbook I am even more impressed and pleased than before.
It is such a joy and pleasure to recognise in your material, not only the various topics or issues dealt with during the program, but in particular the understanding, insight, wisdom and love that permeates it all.. It appears to me as the expression of a mature, enormously experienced, soul centred, integrated personality (sorry, I do not mean to embarrass you or sound overbearing - but I feel that you can bear my truth). I also love the absence of glamour in any form, exemplified by your subtitle: "Becoming much more of who you really want to be "as compared to the usual motivational speaker style "Become who you really are" - a very high ask. When I came to Breakthrough Meditation I had done a lot of work on personal development. Still, in my wildest dreams I could not have predicted the impact it has had on my life.
In just two months, aspects of myself that I believed to be fundamental and immovable have shifted and changed. The changes range from the relatively small - I no longer feel a need to wear nothing but black, or to use chocolate as an emotional crutch - to a massive epiphany. When my oldest son committed suicide two years ago the future felt like a very bleak place. I now understand that I can best honour his life by moving forward.
In everyday life I find myself responding with calm control where I would once have shed tears of frustration or erupted with rage. I am sleeping like a baby. I have coped with one particularly challenging financial trauma without sinking into depression. I have even severed the emotional ball and chain that were anchoring me to a long-past relationship.
Before Breakthrough Meditation, I was trudging through one day in dread of the next. Now I can’t wait to wake up and see what’s going to happen.

I am amazed that such a (deceptively) simple process as a series of short meditations can be so profoundly effective. I have participated in many personal development courses in the last 12 years and read many books on various aspects of personal growth. I have also undertaken personal coaching and counselling to help me move through stubborn issues.

As a chiropractor who lives, breathes and practices Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), I can highly recommend Rodney Stoddart’s Breakthrough Meditation course. Rodney talks my talk and walks my walk, he’s on the same journey. There are so many parallels between NSA and what Rodney has to offer.
As Rodney says, it’s not about fixing something that went wrong, it’s about building on what’s already working right and opening the door to having more choices. You just have to pay attention, surrender to the process, and the healing naturally occurs. This is not an intellectual process, its experiential and very powerful.
Rodney’s meditation creates the space for healing. Over the duration of the course, it was amazing for me as a practitioner to observe the changes in all the participants. Without exception, everyone experienced a change. Many went from being closed, tense, self conscious and defensive at first, to being open, receptive, self-accepting people filled with more ease, love clarity and vitality. Lives were being transformed.
The Breakthrough Meditation process enhances your awareness of those aspects of yourself that you have become separate from. As your awareness grows, healing occurs, almost effortlessly. It’s so simple and only requires 15 minutes a day. Without a doubt it enhances and supports the network I receive. All the answers, all the choices are inside ourselves, they just need to be acknowledged, received and experienced.
